2. Data We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect: name, email address, role, industry, systems used, goal, and your message. We also log your IP address and the page you submitted from for security purposes.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and for our legitimate interest in improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default settings (14 months).
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with: our hosting provider (for email delivery), Google (for analytics, only with your consent).
7. Your Rights
